1. 90-Day Return Policy

 


We offer a 90-day limited return policy from the date the order is delivered.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and protective materials must be included.

  • The product must show no signs of use, damage, modification, or tampering.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 


We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

 


 

 

2. Return Authorization Required

Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.


If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

 


 

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

 

 

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage during transit, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns (including change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 


For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

8. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 


For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by local law.
